Meghalaya Building Bye-Laws
The Meghalaya Building Bye-Laws govern the sanction, construction and occupation of buildings within the Master Plan areas administered by the Authority, and are enforced by MUDA under the powers conferred by Section 74 of the Meghalaya Town and Country Planning Act, 1973.
